Shipping

Thank you for visiting and shopping at our online store. Can-Ruck Coffee Company ships all of our orders using various carriers to ensure the fastest options. Shipping in Ontario and Quebec is a flat rate of $15 and the rest of Canada is a flat rate of $20.  We are currently offering free standard shipping on orders over $110 within Canada.  All USA orders will provided with a returned shipping rate, dependent on your location. As soon as we process your order you will receive an email with your tracking number. Please allow up to 48 hours for your tracking number to be activated.

Don’t want to pay for shipping? We get it – shipping costs can be painful! If you live locally, we are pleased to offer an option of free pickup! Communities around Saint John can select ‘Local Pickup’ on the Checkout page to have the coffee delivered to Can-Ruck headquarters, free of charge. Your postal code entry triggers the availability of this option. Orders are consolidated and shipped together, usually a week at a time, so it’s still fresher than the grocery store! If you’re unsure if you are within free pickup range, please feel free to reach out and we will see what we can do to accommodate.

PROCESSING & DELIVERY TIMES

We typically ship orders within 1 to 2 business days after your purchase has been processed. Every effort is made to send orders the day following the roast. Please note we do not ship on weekends. If you order on a Friday, it will be processed the following Monday. Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 days for your order to arrive. Can-Ruck Coffee Company is not responsible for any duties, taxes or brokerage fees incurred on packages delivered to the USA.
